Hello again, it’s Hannah here.

Today I wanted to share my August goals with you guys!

  1. Progress with doing yoga for stress management and flexibility.
  2. Upload more consistently on my blog and Instagram.
  3. Cut back on caffeine.
  4. Read two books.
  5. Treat myself more kindly.

  1. I usually don’t set myself monthly goals because I don’t want to disappoint myself lol. You have some good ones though! All the luck on achieving them. ♡
