I’ve been doing my breakfast smoothie diet for a couple of months now and I’m absolutely loving it.
Here’s what I add to make my summer smoothie.
2 Bananas 1 Cup of Strawberries 1 Cup of Yogurt
AND THAT’S IT.
It’s that simple, but I love it.
I have it every morning and it really adds that healthy and positive element to my day. I hope that you guys give it a go.
