Hello! I hope that you all have had a great week and are taking the weekend to just relax and recharge. If you’re working this weekend (like I am) make sure you get some ‘me time’ in during the evening times.
Today I want to share my bedside table essentials with you. I’ve been thinking about uploading a post like this for a while now. I always find it so interesting to see what other people put on their bedside tables.
I would love to know what you have as your bedside table essentials.
I wanted to start this post off as a dear journal post, however as I thought more about what I wanted to write I thought that a lot of you would relate and be feeling the same too.
Its so easy to get caught up in pushing yourself to do more, or do better. I am also very guilty of this.
I have just finished a at home yoga session with one of my favourite yoga instructors on YouTube. The session was aimed for times when you might be feeling stressed. I guess its not secret to those around me that I put a huge amount of pressure on myself to do more and be better so this session seemed appropriate.
I’ve made it my daily mission over the past week or so to try and not stress the little things and OMG has it been difficult! Its so easy to allow myself to fly off the handle about bits on the floor, and washing left on the side and don’t get me started on the time I thought we had ran out of mayonnaise. I’m on a bit of a tangent now though, the point is, life is too short.
All of the stress that we carry around on a daily basis ultimately causes us more emotional and physical pain in tbe future.
I like the saying, live for today…
Because its true. Just do your best and remind yourself that you’re doing your best and you deserve to be loved.

Well hello there! I decided that I would upload something food related this week. For two different reasons if I’m completely honest.
Firstly, it’s been that time of month for me, and believe me when I say I have wanted to eat absolutely everything I have in the cupboards.
Secondly, these are literally my favourite crisps right now. I love them!

So today I wanted to share this hand wash with you! I never thought I would say that! I guess I’m a ‘proper’ adult now.
I picked this up from Poundland a couple of weeks ago and I’m in love with it. I know I know, it’s only hand wash but I am the type of person that washes their hands very frequently. So having a hand wash that not only smells nice but that is also moisturising is something that I consider essential!

How’s your Monday going so far?
One of the things I’ve been loving now that I’ve moved out is the amount of candles I can put everywhere. I’m obsessed!
I took a trip to Primark the other week and I came home with about 8 different candles and defusers. What can I say? I just love the apartment to smell lovely. I feel like for the first time since I moved in the apartment is starting to feel and smell like mine.

Hello hello! Today I want to share with you these awesome products that I have not only been loving but I have also been using them every single day.
They are everything I need in an eyeliner and mascara. For a long time I’ve struggle with applying eyeliner. I started off by using pencil eyeliner from Rimmel, which I still use on my bottom lashes actually. I’ve used quite a few liquid eyeliners but I’ve always found them difficult to handle. When I received this one for Christmas I instantly feel in love with it. It’s so easy to use and it stays on all day. I tend to apply a thin line on my top lashes. One day I will learn how to put a proper cat flick!
As for the mascara, I like to have one that really draws attention to my lashes without being too much. I like them to be defined! I have quite long natural lashes so it’s only right to flaunt them lol! I feel that this mascara is just everything I need right now!

Happy Sunday! I hope you’ve all had a fantastic weekend and are feeling excited and ready for a new week. I certainly am!
I tend to go through stages of wearing lipstick and just sticking to lip balm. With the weather warming up it’s inspired and motivated me to experiment a bit more with my make-up.
Late last year I purchased this high shine lip crayon from Primark. When I moved house I rediscovered it. It’s a strong pigmented pink and I love how it looks on my lips. I have been reaching for this lipstick more and more over the past couple of weeks. It’s going to be one of my favourite lipsticks this spring!

Today I want to share with you a few of the products I’ve been loving to use before I go to bed. There is nothing better than getting into bed having done a full pampering session on yourself. A few weeks ago I picked up this Clean and Clear blackhead clearing daily scrub. I tend to get a fair few blackheads around my nose area and it makes me feel quite self-conscious. After using this for a few days I could already notice a difference. It’s also worth mentioning that this product is oil free. (hands up if you’re an oily t-zone person) I like to do this scrub in an evening time as i can let my skin breath overnight rather than putting makeup over the top straight away.
There is something so therapeutic about putting a face mask on, lying down on your bed and reading a good book. I know it’s recommended to leave the face mask on for between 10-15 minutes, but I would be lying if I didn’t tell you that it’s likely I leave it on for 30 minutes.
That enough about your face eh? Lets move on to body! I’ve been using (yes I know) another Soap and Glory product. What can I say! They have great products. My boyfriend’s mum bought me this as a Christmas gift and I have to tell you, it is one of the best body moisturisers that I’ve ever used. It smells amazing and it leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft.

It’s nearly mid April and I’m sure that a lot of you are thinking the same as me “lets get my body ready for summer!” It can’t be just me?
I used to be quite good at pushing myself to exercise as I loved the feeling that I got when I did an intense workout. However I feel that I lost that discipline over the winter time. With all the cold weather, wintery foods, and chocolate it’s safe to say that I put weight on. It’s really difficult for me to not dwell on the weight that I’ve gained but I’m proud of how I’ve been handling it.
I’ve been getting back into regularly exercising and one of the things that I’ve been focusing on is my arms (I hate them if I’m honest) so that brings me to this weeks Must Have Monday.
These weights! Honestly I’m so happy that I picked them up. They do wonders for toning my arms. I’m starting to feel more confident in myself already.
